With summer, I have seen stupid people with stupid tattoo’s. Here are some of the R-Tarded tattoo’s I have seen.

1. Typical barbed wire or tribal bullshit around the bicep
2. Women with one completely around their belly button
3. Asian writing on white people
4. Men with the Superman S, on the arm, leg, etc

This is just a few. Name the dumbest tattoo’s you have seen. And don’t post pictures of the ones that have been on the internet since 1930.
