What it snowed a 16th of an inch and the DOT put down a new 1/8 inch layer of salt on that. What a joke. Won't winter evah give up?

I know...I thought maybe the rain would wash some of it off...but wouldn't ya know we get a few flakes and suddenly we're back to salty roads....
I just want a nice easy rain for a day or two...
...oh, and 70° too...

Man they sure have enough salt left apparently... the roads were all WHITE this morning!

I think they put down more salt than it actually snowed. There was hardly anythingon the roads but salt this morning.

The roads were pretty bad last night. At 12:30 when i wnet home i saw 6 peole in the ditch just in roseville.

It's true...if MnDOT doesn't use all the crap they have, they dont get funding for the next season. From here on out, it will be salt and sand used at any possible time...Comment

The roads were pretty bad overnight, Glare ice from 40mph winds and snow.
