So I sell an old motherboard on ebay for like 65$. The guy pays me via paypal but uses a credit card to fund it. Good ol' paypal decides I need a premium account, which I refuse to do on my main account just to get that payment. I have a secondary account that is *premium* status that I normally have people send shit to when it's cc funded. So I tell the guy to just resend there, and the other payment will automatically cancel itself. He gets all up in arms (this is 65$ mind you), so I say fine, I'll just wait the 30 days for paypal's whore ass to cancel the thing and he can pay me then. His response:

in motion. Perhaps this is a learning experience to

but this one should be honored in the manner that it

The merchandise was on the way 2 days before he even attempted to make payment. And he didn't pay anything. His card hasn't been charged, I currently have 0$. I offered on good faith to wait until paypal officially cancels the incomplete transaction, and he sent that.
