Too many Cops

On saterday night, I fucking turned of a block off university to do a u turn and there were like 8 gangsters all in white t shirts, selling crack or somthing to some guy in a car taking up the whole road, I tried to go around them and one of the fuckers was handing a pizza box into the car parked and he like tried to lunge at my car like he was getting pissed I was on his "turf" I was irate considering the fucking cops are everywhere on university and that shit is going on not even a block off of it.

You do realize for every cop they assign to traffic it's one less assigned to homicide etc right? When they keep complaining about not having enough officers, one has to wonder why they waste so many on such trivial bullshit
