I Feel There Is A Need For...

I think we need to start a place where people can go on weeknights and know there gona run into a bunch of motor heads, im sick of waiting for the weekends, I know there has got to be some others that feel this way, if we could decide on a good place and get it on all the boards im sure it would catch on, im sick of wating for fridays every week, something must be done

When I was out in Detroit there was cruises/shows literally every night of the week!! And they were always packed!!

Yeah both Orlando and Phoenix have something similar. You'd think there's someplace in town gearheads hang out... no idea where though, maybe we should start a place.

other then the few cruisers at calhoon and phalen, and the way up north anoka I dont think there it, there needs to be a place sure a shit where there will be cars, every night, in cali there is, chicago, everywhere, i know there is the people for such a place becasue everyone i know looks forword to porkeys and midway on friday and sat, so why not make more of our short summer and extend these actions to the weeknights, we need to get this thread going on all the sites, crazy speed, MMM, MNFody, MNSR (we need some car to pick on) MNRacing, ect...

I shit you not. Only been living here for a few years and when a couple of those were working 6 days a week or more, didn't have a whole lot of time to run around town. Plus I live on the south side of town and I'm guessing they are on the north side?

Bill i have been trying to do something like this for years, We used to cruise every night about 10 years ago. We would start out at lake Nokomis then go to Anoka and then end up at either Opus (in Eden Prairie) or Ford parkway or Crystal Taco bell or downtown Mpls. Those were fun ass days indeed but they are long gone. I say we just meet down town behind Tropix or maybe at the parking lot near the old Mississipi live (near the river bridge) evey night and go from there. There are alot of places we could go to race of just hang out or cruise from there. The bikers do it every night in the summer, They meet at SA on Louisiana ave and 394 in Golden Valley at 10pm and go from there. Theres always atleast 20 bikers every night!
