    Does Anybody Have.....

    any 17" four lug rims?

any 17" wheels would be fine, but I would prefer 9" wide ones.

Here is my real question. I want to get a set of http://www.americanmuscle.com/17x9-4...machblack.html But I am not sure if they will fit on my car without rubbing. So I was wondering if anybody has any 17" wheels and if I could put them on my car to check before ordering a set. Or if anybody knows how wide you can go on a stock 88 FOX for rims, I know 9" wide will fit on the rear and only rub a little bit. But I am not so sure about the front. SO any help would be great!

I have 17X9 4-lug rims with 255/40-17 Nexen tires at all corners on my 1990 Coupe. In the rear I had to flip the quads, in the front I have a slight rub at full lock.

dude. I had a set of 13X8 rims with the correct tires and they rubbed like hell... Infact i still might have a set of 8" wide comp tires that i can show you what happened with. Scraped to shit...

The only way you would get a 17X9 to fit in the rear is with a huge spacer and a super low pro tire. This guy that owns my first cobra II has a set of 15 he wanted to make fit, so he cut the wells front and back and braught them up 2 inches just to clear.

Big wheels and MII's do not get along.
