Where is the next place you want to go on vacation or travel to?

I want to go somewhere this summer but it's hard to decide where. I haven't been to Vegas since I was 15, and Evy wants to go to San Francisco (we have some friends there).

Is anyone going on vacation this summer? Where are you going? Have you been to somewhere recently that blew you away?

I know there are some people on here who travel a lot.

I'd like to go to Alaska for some Salmon fishing

I like Vegas and San Francisco, between the 2 I would pick Vegas. If Evy's into art and museum type stuff than she would really like San Francisco, Alcatraz, Presido & Golden Gate Park, and Fishermans wharf are a couple of things to see in SF.

Personally, I would recommend San Diego, aside from it being in Kalifornia its one of my favorite cities in the US. Gorgeous weather and theres lots to do.

My vacation plans for the year are:
Vancouver - May
Washington DC - August
Orlando - Christmas

New Hampshire, been there twice, love it! While I was there I also went to Maine and Mass.

Has anyone here gone to a fishing lodge where they take care of everything. Like you use their boat, their guides take you out, they clean/cook the fish for you.

I've always wanted to do that.

I just went throught the same thing. Me and the mrs are flying to florida for a week. Going to disney, cape canaveral, maybe bush gardens. We just went to Cali last summer. Was fun but it was a LOOOOOOOOOOOONG drive. (yea, she wanted to see some country). I would have liked to go on a cruise but there are new passport rules. If you are on a boat, you CAN get back in the country with birth certificate and drivers license. But if you get sick, or have a family emergency, or miss the boat at one of the ports - you are screwed. My parents just got back from a week cruise. Price wasn't bad either, like $750 a person. Vegas is always fun for a short, cheap trip. Even cheaper is Laughlin. Bout an hour from vegas and it's a fun town. Guess it really depends on what you like to do.

Are you from Vancouver? Besides for raining 6 out of the 7 days I was there I loved it.

Vegas for me in May (time #12), hopefully NY sometime this summer (never been) Disney Cruise to the Bahamas this winter (I know Disney, but hey,kids will do that to ya).
