I don't disagree with her suing, I hope she wins... I'm wondering what the doctors did and how they didn't detect that she was still pregnant! They should have their licenses revoked!

Yah, i just get dissapointed with the way NOBODY is responsible for their own actions in todays society. If she had kept her legs together she would not be in this mess. I find it even more dissapointing that people see the doctors as the ones at fault. Yes, they failed at what they were attempting, but if you can't afford to pay, you shouldn't play.

So you AGREE with her suing? You HOPE she wins? This woman has already shown that she has made MANY mistakes in judgment, including getting PREGNANT in the first place. She could easily put the child up for adoption and give that child a fighting chance to have a worthwhile life. Instead, she is going for a money grab. First of all, exactly how much $$ is enough? Do you think, if she were to win, that this money would go to raising a child in the proper manner - considering the decisions she's already made?

Let's blame doctors as the RATS here and punish them out of business because the ART of medicine (not science) did not deliver a 100% result?

People make mistakes, condoms break, women forget to take their pill, people are stupid etc etc but people are not going to quit humpin' so Abortion is a good option for those that know they can't afford a baby. I wish more people did it. If these doctors fucked up, then she has a case.

But...one can not abdicate 100% responsibility to the doctor here. It does not work that way and in court it will never fly. Why? Because she has other avenues to mitigate the problem. Number one being adoption. Judge will not let this fly.
