Modded cars are garage ornaments, modded=doesn't need to be road-capable

This is true! Even when I drive down my street I see muscle cars and drag cars in a lot of garages but never see them leave the garage!

Besides, mine has gone 2 years now with no probs. And if it goes, I will go turbo like everyone else

If it blows, I have a new car to play with anyway. Its not like it would bring down my summer.
