Also...anyone ever have a kidney stone? I cant tell if i pulled something or its a stone but it hurts like hell...

Do you have to pee every two seconds? A kidney stone is like a bladder infection but worse and the pain can be unbearable. I hope spring gets here a little faster..

You don't do anything that would cause the over physical exertion of a muscle. Its a stone. Have fun w/ that.

No, thats normal, but its right in my left side under my lower rib. Its ok sometimes and other times i can hardly move. I felt it as soon as I sat up in bed. Ugh..

How about sleeping funny or shoveling?

shoveling would do it. Could also be a hernia... MMM, intestine leaking out of the ab wall and pushing against your skin

I thought I had a stone once but it turned out that it was just a solid turd in a stream of diarhea
