why do peaple complain about things they have no idea about how hard it really is to do? I had a last min. call in monday that complained I didnt get the driveway wide enough. I have never been ther before, therfor I do not know how wide the driveway is, besides the fact that it was dark out,the dedges wherent marked, and the mail box had been nocked over and i could'nt find the place! I gave her a deal at $40 because i had two others call in the same erea and it wouldent be too big of a deal to stop in. so she called today to complain and i went back and plowed half of her yard out to satisfy her, but I'm still eritated. I did all 37 of my contracts and not one complaint! but this lady really iratated me!I hate it when peaple dont have eny sense of what I really do, and how long it takes to do it.

I understand 100% I over see 7 Home Depots in Iowa and have one that the Manager is just a PAIN IN THE ass, she will call and say that the guy that is plowing is not opening the drive lanes fast enough and then on Sunday she called and said that he was going to fast...............I just dont understand People. On another occasion she called and said he was not there when indeed he was there and clearing the loading dock.............

Is there a law against taking a pile of snow out of the street and putting it in the middle of her driveway? I always figured if I had a plow I'd do that to people who piss me off.
