Used to be private owners and the prices usually weren't retail. Now, a lot of the ads are dealers with inflated prices. JMO.

yup, alot of the shit on there is jackasses that avoid dealer licenses by buying cars and never transfering the titles but to the next schuck that buys it. that's why i have my titles signed to the jackasses when they buy them. easy to flip cars though on there for a quick profit, i made about 10-15k last year on selling cars alone on CL

Autotrader has been a joke since the early 00's when they went more for advertisement then selling a car and changed the way you look for a car to a broad array you really cant find something even you posted.

The newer tiltes have that postcard for the seller to fill out. The state will catch on if the postcards do not match up with the title when it comes in. I suppose alot of people would just give you the postcard witht he tilte.
