Where to get Headers CNC bent???

I'm wondering what companies can CNC bend stainless steel. Anyone know of any local places, or any nationally?

    Cnc that sounds expensive
U are talking about Mandrel bent exhaust.
Heartthrob Exhaust in Litchfield does exhaust And they do custom stuff and it is not cheap. U are better off buying some bends and haveing someone fabricate it for u.

What kind of vehicle are you trying to make headers for?? If they are for a “one-off” application it would be tough to get someone with a computerized bender to make them for you because they would need the programming to make the bends. Usually a custom set of headers are hand made from a box of pre bent mandrel bends bought from a exhaust system manufacturer. It’s VERY time consuming and can be extremely expensive. Every bend gets fit by hand then TIG welded together. If you need a custom set made, I have a friend who specializes in them. He’s in the south metro. If you’re interested, send me a pm.

headers by Ed FTW. (If you want a box of U-bends to build them yourself)
My dad has done a few sets of custom headers for street rods. Hes even done a few sets of equal length headers for a big block equiped baja hummer.

No, I'm referring to computer numerical controlled bends. I'm doing some research for the Formula SAE team.

Has anyone done work with Bauer Welding & Metal?
