Good one. I guess it's more of a dollar per dollar type thing. However with the markup, The zo6 is a better value, I'm afraid to say. Wait, I forgot, I like corvettes. I would take a GT-500 for 40 g's. Markup FTL however.

Chevy vs. Ford is fun and makes them both better. The GT500 is a great car and a quantum leap above the std Mustang GT. The C6 Z06 is a great car and a quantum leap above the base C6. The cars are often paired against each other, but were designed with different criteria and are in different classes. The comparison is not analogous, but I understand it.

Bolting on a new piece and gaining 200HP is impressive in ANYONE's camp. If Chevy does come out with a supercharged Corvette Z07, or whatever they call it, it will surely rip. But then again, you're dealing with 427 Cubic inches of supercharged engine vs 335 Cubic inches of supercharged engine. Corvette engine is 22% larger. It will make more power.
