I cant stand how bad law suits are getting. I wish I could be a judge and just dismiss stupid cases like that. Kids get hurt it happens. I remember a few years ago a church I went to had some property with woods on it. Some local neighborhood kids built a tree fort in one of the trees. Well one of the kids fell out. So what do the parents do.. Go after the church cause it was there property. I hate the way sosiety is going with this. Sorry had to vent.
