Good Place to get Exhaust Work Done??

I need 2 mufflers welded in place of what I have now. Whats a decent place to have this done? I live in plymouth so somewhere nearest that would be good.

anybody have any idea how much it would cost me to have 2 mufflers chopped out and 2 new welded in??

yeah, bent my down pipe and made a reducer section to connect it to my Y pipe. then welded everything.

I haven't taken anything I have into an exhaust shop. Usually Fleet Farm can provide what I need for exhaust on cherovans and stuff.

I just use clamps for exhaust, on both the heeps and the Mustang. Is there any advantage to having stuff welded? I don't have exhaust leaks or anything, and I've actually found it handy to be able to take things off and change length switching h pipes and x pipes and such as often as I have. Is it just for the additional strength in holding the exhaust together? I can see that being an issue with the heeps, but not really the Mustang?

I would like to just clamp the mufflers in, but the ones im getting are shorter than what I currently have so I would either have to buy some piping and clamp that on or have it welded.

I couln't exactly 'clamp' my true-duals conversion on my GMC.
I s'pose I could've offed my tail pilpes myself on the Cobra and 'clamped' on some lillte dump downs
I've had various custom work done on misc. rides. I'm not a clamper I guess
