With all the other bad luck in my life lately i just found out someone stole my bank account number and paid their nextell bill ($395.55). I just happened to look at my account tonight and see i am overdrawn by $200+ and then see a charge for $395.55 with just the comment (check) no number just (check)?? So i call Wells and they finally say it was a phone payment to nextell on 7/19/06, so they closed my accounts and opened up a research on the item. So now i have $5 in my pocket until i can get to the bank on Monday to open a new account. I have not written a check since 7/8/6 so i have no idea how anyone would have been able to get my account number. This is just the icing on the cake for me what a fucking year i'm having boy i tell ya, whats next my house gonna burn down? This is just bs some little fucking shitbag pays his cell bill with my money, i hope they prosecute the little fucking crook when they track it to his number and nextell account.

Well if they know a routing number, which you can look up online, and they just make up some numbers theres a chance they are going to hit a live account. Who knows maybe nextel put it in the computer wrong and pulled from the wrong account. Either way I would be stabbing people if I were you..."Government exists to protect us from each other.
