That is a GT. That color/strip combo is a new edition GT that is out in 2004. It's called a "40th Anniversary GT" and it has a few things a regular GT doesnt have. It has the special color, hood stripes, no wing, special badging, and Bullitt wheels that have a lighter tint than the regular Bullitt's.
