    Reason number eleventeen....

that I didn't put a blower on the car this year.

I just picked up this last week.

33% scale Cap 232 with a BME 100cc gas engine. 100" wingspan, 97" long, 24 lbs when finished. Should have a 3 to 1 power to weight ratio.

With that kind of power, she will do this:

Hover like a chopper and climb like an F-15

I just picked it up last week, $1650.00 for the plane and engine. It will require 9 digital servos as $90.00 each, plus about another $500 in radio gear.

    Should be done by March.

So, yet again, I find another use for $3,000.00 instead of buying a vortech. WTF is wrong with me?

3 to 1 ratio is nuts

you should bring one of those up to MN if you come back this summer.

I probably will, there is a field in Richfield that I flew at this past August. I'll probably go up there again next time I'm in town.

I don't know exactly where it was, it was in the middle of a corn field with a paved runway. I don't even remember the name of the club.

I live right across the field from where they used to fly. The last year it was open someone crashed their plane and the field caught on fire...

Lt. Dan, are those pictures taken out East of Cordova? There's some Fedex and Pinnacle pilots who go out there to fly their RC planes.

That pic was taken at a fly in at Lebenon (not me in the picture) We fly out at Arlington, Joel Coker is a captain with Pinnacle, he flies giant scale too. Half the members out in Arlington work at FedEx.

Here's a couple pics of Joel I took on Monday, this was at a field in Millington.

Joel Coker is a Cocksucker. I'm surprised he's still got a job. He's been written up so many times. He's the biggest bitcher, racist, redneck motherfucker I've ever met. You ask any FO(co-pilot) who they hated to fly with and they'll name him. I had to fly with him for a month. I'm surprised he even speaks to you since you're a Yankee(they still have a hangup about the Union winning). You might be O.K. since you drive a Ford. He thought Fords were the only good cars made. Everything else sucked.
The guy does body work on the side. He was telling me how when he used to work at a bodyshop that people that came in with Jaguars were so dumb because their Jags were a piece of shit. The dumbfuck didn't even know that they were owned by Ford.

                    What a major tool.

I don't have to worry about flying with the guy since I'm a Captain now.

Damn dude, tell me how you really feel!

Seriously, I've only spoken to him a few times, Monday was the first time I've flown on the same day as him.

Can't say much about the guy cuz I've had about two conversations with him.

He did however offer to help teach me 3D maneuvers with this plane once its flying.

If he flies those CRJ's like he flies RC, I'd be scared, he is a daredevil.

RC planes are really cool, expensive, thats why i dont have one, Have you ever seen anyone fly an RC helecoptor? Those are neat also.

there is a guy from town here that can fly them upside down, i would think that would be next to impossible.
