For the geeks, print to PDF, X64

For those like myself running XP x64, adobe dropped the fucking ball and you can't print/save to PDF with it from word. This handy dandy util adds a "print to pdf" option to the right click menu/shell. You can just right click any .doc and print to PDF and it works like a charm.

Download PDFCreator for free. Converts every printable document to PDF, JPG, PNG, TIF and more. PDFCreator creates professional PDFs with just a few clicks and it's free. PDFCreator comes with many professional features to merge documents, send emails, and more.

I thought it was very cool/handy, figured I'd pass it on to those banging their head against the wall like I was for about an hour tonight.

I know of at least 6 off the top of my head. I think you fail to realize how closely tied together being a geek and a car lover is. LOTS of people on this board work in IT as a day job.

pdf is the pain in the ass thing that requires that Adobe thing. Thats all I know. I will never use this info SFC but thanks anyway. Oh and I am sure VM will chime in saying it is old news or something.

Win x86-64 is a bunch of BS.

I tried to live with it for a while, wiped it, and then put the SLED 10-beta I have on it. Didn't like it because they don't have x86-64 figured out yet. Sadly enough, I'm running RHEWS. I'd just spend a couple days throwing debian on this biyotch but apparently all OS's need to have a service contract according to dept. policy. (Grumbles)

X64 is a bit of a pain but I got it for 6 bucks so I cant bitch.

I've been using the Vista beta 2 (32bit) and it runs basic apps and WoW fine so I'm happy.
