Ricer almost causes multicar pileup on 694

Going to work this morning, a white lowered Honda with body kit and wing was in the center lane. Huge pack of cars all going 72 or so nose to tail. I was in the left lane and see the Honda smack his brakes and smoke came off the front tires. He was about 3 cars ahead of me and must of gotten tireed of the guy behind him. The semi driver next to me almost panicked into my lane. I was damn glad to fly by him. Damn crazy azz ricers.
