are you sure it's actually a motel? there are some international numbers that charge like 900$ per minute.

i dialed 0 for the operator, and was somehow connected to a sprint operator(i have verizon), she told me "you made my screen freeze" :hah: she said to dial "011" then the number....tried, didnt work.

phone card is the way to go. If doing this for a short duration, just get a phone card at a local store for a small number of minutes. Not worth the ebay fees and wait times...
