    Beware!!

You knew one day it would happen. I don't have a photo to prove, but I was on my way home from work tonight and saw a black Magnum with deeply tinted windows. It was parked behind some car on the shoulder of eastbound Hwy 36 and Keats just west of Stillwater. I thought it was wierd at first until I saw the brown jacket, pants and Trooper hat. Red and blue lights flashing in the rear window and from the rear bumper. Didn't see any from the front. Nor any Hemi badges on it. I was also too busy cruising by him in the opposite direction at 70 thinking of this for the dude driving

you'd think they could think of something useful to spend the cash on like...you know...fixing the pot-hole covered roads

They are completly different budgets. Also, how are they going to fix pot holes in the winter? That would be pointless.

As for those who complain that a pothole never gets fixed, call the City Works and let them know where it is.

I knew they were getting 'em, but haven't run across one yet.

You were going 70 the other way, and he had tinted windows and you saw his brown pants. What was he doing hanging his ass out the window?
