Actually I bought mine way higher than market value, you can score one for about 10 grand less than I paid or get a 2br for still under what I paid. The only utility you have to pay for is electricity which isnt much, heat is included in the association fee. They have a really nice work out room too, the machines look ol but they have a lot of nautilus stuff and what not
