Scam; e-mail him and he'll tell you he's in London or Spain, working on a big business deal and is not going to be able to make it back. Look at his other stuff thats for sale, he has a 2004 R1 for a BIN price of $3000! Plus the seller lists his stuff as 3000 $, so I'm guessing he's a foreigner trying to swindle a couple dozen gullible people.
