Toolbar on IE

first, go to www.mozilla.com and download FireFox 1.5, which will take care of many of your internet woes. Then you need to clean up that nasty spyware you picked up. I suggest following the links I post here and downloading, installing, and running the programs.

try not to click "yes" on every dialog box that pops up when you're visiting porn sites too, that will help a bit.

I know, I was being a smartass. You probably downloaded some other program to use (file sharing programs are notorious for this) and it also installed some adware and things. Try to use at least two adware removal programs, they use different definitions and some tend to catch things the other one does not.
