Death penalty: Yay or Nay?

nay. religion probably factors in at about 50% of my reasoning. the other half is divide into hesistance to give the government the power to kill its own citizens, an imperfect legal system, and a love of pink fluffy bunnies.

depends. If its proven beyond a reasonable doubt, such as video, photos, etc, then by all means, kill the fuckers. If its circumstancial, or its one of those things where they convict em, even though there is a lot of evidence that proves the defendant was innocent, then probably shouldnt kill em. but since we cant have it both ways.... kill em. Better to get a few good ones in the net on accident that let the bad ones back into the ocean.

if someone kills another person intentionally, they forfit their right to live. if religion is someones reason for saying no to the penalty, just remember what the bible says. "eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth" this means kill the mother fucker if they deserves it.

dead is dead. doesnt matter if your hung, injected, electrocuted, or what. 2 in the head is cheap, do it on a tarp, roll the body in it, and there ya go, instant cleanup! And its probably quicker and more humane than being hung.
