Can you get any type of caster to place under the car. People might be more likely to help if thats the case.

Its a long story,Here is a shorter version.

I basically fronted some money for a family member to buy a car from one of my "friends" to turn around and profit. Well the deal was cousin made 3 payments and traded some misc stuff. Well cousin called him earlier in the week said he was coming to get the title, 5 minutes later he calls back says he has an emergency and he'd call back. He has avoided my calls and his since that night. But has been frequently talking to other people we know.

So I would like to take anything of value, and dump the car in the yard in front of his apartment.
