Actually, you should be mad at the website admin who doesn't patch his software and doens't keep his stuff up to date.

Looks like the 'hacker' found that crazyspeed was running ancient version of Vbulletin. He didn't hack the site, just got into the forum admin page.

Takes no skill really if the board admin doesn't keep his stuff updated. There is a reason VBulletin keeps comming out with new releases.
