    How much Memory is your browser using?

    My FireFox 1.5 is currently using 126mb of ram with 26 open Tabs.

    firefox is eating 50mb with 2 tabs for me. what do i win?

      I've noticed FF seems to be more of a memory hog, yet I don't see that when page surfing. It's interesting. I only notice it when switching applications.

          Press CTRL+ALT+DEL, goto Processes and you'll see Memory on the right side.

            hmm i dunno...i went to processes and it said im using 0-2% of my cpu. it switches off between the two.
            says 41 processes running...theres a long list of stuff....mize well be in german i dont understand.

              I am using internet explorer and it is using 64mb with two tabs open (one on each monitor)

                  Ctrl+Alt+Del to get into task manager and then click on the processes tab memory usage should be on the right.

                      121mb here. It usually uses about 900 at work when I'm running oracle app.

                        mine says there are 2 ie explorers...must be the two windows i have open?
                        one says 57k the other says 25k....what is the point to know this info?
