    I got a raise!

    Holy carp bait! I got a raise of 3.75$ an hour! Thats right baby :unf: After working shitloads of overtime for over 3 years and never finding a job that would pay me I finally got a raise. A big one at that! I can't believe it! I was told there are plans for me within the company. I was appoligized to for the raise taking so long and promised alot more money down the path in the next 3 years.

    Its nice to finally feel apprecaited

      How about breaking 60k next year? Put it this way. My area tops out at 26$ an hour. Heatset is 35$ an hour. I'm way behind the later but much closer to the first. Im expecting another raise in 6 months

            Im really excited I don't know what to do! I think Im going to not increase my expenses for the next year and use all the money for toys. No loans or payments

                    Thanks Iroc. Yeah, it does I guess. I busted my ass for 3 years. I just accepted that I'll be breaking my back until I left that place. Honestly, in the last 6 months Ive slowed down. This sure is nice. I feel great about this. My confidence in the new management and the company is alot better as a result of this

                          Not increasing spending is a great idea. Just think of all the savings and toys! After you get another raise you can increase your spending accordingly etc. and be on a new financial level. Congrats!
