I know, I know, October 22nd is the last get together @ CFR, but I just found out today, (kinda getting slow in my old age for checking other forums), anywhoo, the MMA (midwest mustang association), together with Union Grove RAceway, (milwaukee, wisconsin), is holding their last 'get together', on October 22nd, (obviously at Union Grove, Raceway).
I had planned on doing the trek down to CFR, but to be honest, I've got alot of good friends, in the MMA, and down around Milwaukee area, so will probably do the GLD thing instead.
If you mustang owners, (or just plain ford racers), want to race at a great track (where traction and LOTS of runs aren't an issue), I highly recommend making this get together.
PLUS, the track has great food, the ambiance is nostalgic/super, and just a neat place to race at.
Nevermind the track owners/operators/staff are the friendliest/happiest/greatest in the world.
In either case, hope some of you can attend.
