hmmm...never had the non-deep fried cheese curds before. But I gaurantee I would love them, becaue I love anythning that has chees as the main ingreedient.
BTW...the Beer Cheese soup that Champs has on Saturdays is orgasmic.
Ellsworth, WI about 11:30 AM every weekday. MMMMMMMMMMMMM fresh made white cheese curds. Not even chilled yet. Just a little chilly. I should bring a giant bowl to teh BBQ
You know it is funny, people in South Dakota are afraid of Cheese curds. They don't know what they are. I had a lemonade stand in the parking lot of the bike museum in 2000 at sturgis. there was a family next to me that had a fresh roasted nut stand. They tried selling deep fried cheese curds and people were like "WTF is a cheese curd??" I laughed my ass off all the time at that shit.
I love fried and non-fried cheese curds. cheese curds, the squeaky morsels of cheese when cold and just when fried
I laugh at West Coast people that don't know what a Corn Dog is. Of course with more and more people fleeing the Midwest for California, that is less likely now.
