the neon tubes rice?

I hate 'em. I think they are pretty pointless. You can't drive with them on because you will pick up a ticket within mins, and they don't really look that sweet.

I dont See what makes em' ricey. it's just a Color tube, that ads a diffrent color to the inside of your ride.

dont see what makes em ricey? well theres nothing inherently ricey about a big aluminum wing or a carbon fiber hood. the problem in my mind is that ricer stupidity makes me SOOO angry and i love mustangs so much, i can hardly stand seeing any rice on a stang. (just like clear tails, they werent really so much rice until i started seeing them on every little 1.6 liter import that drove by)

too sum it up, crappy import modders ruined the chance of any tasteful neon being used in my mind.

Top 10 reasons of Rice

Alright, as a 18 year old just graduating, ive seen alot of imports riced out, and i know the type of people who rice them. So, i felt like sharing my opinion on what rice is.

I think a Ricer is some one who seen Fast and Furious to many times or are just SEVERLY uninformed on cars. if you talk to alot of ricers, there mostly teens that really dont know much about cars in general, but they dont want just a borning car that there folks drive. (Im not saying every person with a Import is a Ricer either) Kids today think hondas are fast cause they never been in a car that is fast, they may ride with there folks in theres car, even if its way faster then the honda, but when do parents get on it and race there daily drivers. But in my mind, what is rice, these few things are rice to me (and dont belong anywhere near an American Car)

1. BIG Metal wing on your FWD car- whats the point, you need traction that bad in the rear?

2. Fart Tube- Is there anything else more annoying

3. Neons- Who cares if your car Glows, is it fast?

4. Extra lights- you really need to make your windsheild wiper fluid things glow? or your tire vavle stem caps?

5. Inside Neons- You having a Rave in your car?

6. 4 12" Subs- how much longer till your fillings fall out?

7. NOS on Stock 4 cylinder- Tape a Camera under your car so we can see the Rod coming through the block

8. STICKERS- having WAY to many stickers (5hp/sticker)

9. multi-color car- Body kit cost to much to get it painted the same color of the car?

10. Wroung Badging- So your Acura has a Honda emblem, why is the steering wheel on the left side then

Alright, thats my top 10 reasons, remember, IM NOT BASHING IMPORTS, im just stating my opinion on what a Ricer is. Some Imports do have my respect and i respect the drivers of those cars.
