Anyone a ASE Certified Parts Specialist?

I was just wondering if anyone is an ASE certified parts specialist.

I am looking to get certified because I get a little bonus at my job, and I should expect a pay increase on my next review. I looked at ASE's website a little to see whats on the test. What did you mainly use to study for the test? Is there a certain study guide or book to follow that if you familiarize yourself with you should do well on the test? Thanks for the help.

I am. There isn't a whole lot to it. They ask a question about a percentage of a purchase if I remember correctly. You also need to know what an idle air control valve looks like. I can't remember exactly what all else but I didn't think it was very difficult. I did no studying whatsoever.

YEAH,.. IF IT GETs YOU MORE PAY go for it .... its really easy.... my certification expires this year... No reason for me to re certify, no extra money and i would have to pay for it...
