    Projection tv

Anybody know anything about these dlp media projectors I know you can get one around 750.00 on up. Thinking of buying one and a screen. I have never seen one in action just wondering if It's better to go this route or just get a big screen with dlp tech????? The room it's going in is about 13' wide and about 25' long It's also fairly dark and would only be used as a TV room. Any info would be helpfull

They work quite well as long as you get a good quality screen. In order to look good they need to be in a dark room, but it sounds like you have that covered. Just make sure you get one thats HD capable. How big are you planning to make the picture?

I'm interested to know what you will choose and how it turns out. I'm in the planning stages of finishing my basement and my entertainment room will be 12x30. I wish I could go wider but there isn't any room to do it.
When we got to my place, I already had a candle burning. It was by "Glade", which I think you pronounce like the singer Sade, because it is an exotic candle that smells just like real pine.

my buddy works at Ultimate, he just hooked another one of our buddys up with a really nice DLP /HD projector setup, tho his was like $3500 wich was below cost I think.. anyways the thing is insane, sharp as can be and huge! right now due to the room layout he can only run a 85" screen, but Im pretty sure its HD up to 120"... sunlight is a factor but i wouldnt say its much more of a factor then on any regular TV.. let me know if you want some info, I can send him your way and hes been known to help people out and you may have even met him a few times.
