haha... you're probably right actually.
I'll look for a pic of the wheels in question here. It's actually the only style P-71 Vic ring, as the other wheels do not have rings... just different caps.F/S: '94 Cobra, Rio Red/Saddle, 34.5K Orig Miles, Light Mods, 20yr Owner.

I might buy a few more of those P-71 in dakota this year. I sold mine for $4000. I will look for some rings for you. I have a freind that has a SHIT LOAD of 98 newer police equiptment (push bar front ect!!!) he sectioned one and has a ton of parts.

Yep, the p71s at Upull Rosemount are 96 & 97, from Eagan. I pulled the intakes and airbags from them. Only two total wheels were remaining for both of these cars, but they were not of the style you were seeking. non-locking differentials. Pushbars still installed on the cars however.
