Online source to pull a Cadillac service record?

Looking at a CTS V that's a good price, but has had 5 owners...that alone is enough to maybe steer me away but the service records would be more telling. Anyone know a site to get that? VIN # is 1G6DV5EP7A0148155.

I would hope that service records would be GM internal only. Best bet would be a local dealership or to PM someone who does work at one

Dear Government, eventually the people with money will tell you to fuck off, and stop paying for those that don't work

last oil changed recorded was 7/28/15 full synthetic oil used at 55,320miles

No branded title or other issues reported

They had an issue with a noise in the supercharger. it has special coverage for 10years 120k though to fix it. Most CTS-Vs will have had the supercharger replaced

Thanks much! I don't like the 5 owners, but it's damn hard to get one down into even low 30s for price. I don't want to go back to 2010 but not much choice, this is about as good as it gets for price/miles/condition combo to get low 30s...

It's just amazing how much more helpful it is when the reply comes from someone with actual knowledge of the subject in question....

I would also check for corrosion on the front seat frames and water in the trunk. Leaks and drainage can be an issue.

I like that car very much, Dan. My car is for sale also (surprise) and I'll be shopping soon! Can't afford that, though. Hope you enjoy it if you get one!

I haven't heard of those areas being a common problem area. My V has never had those issues.

What are you looking at next? I haven't bought anything yet, the CTS V is my first choice but the one I linked is older and more miles than I really want, and it moves up to mid 30s + to get 2011 or newer and less miles... I've decided none of the other stuff I've looked at is worth buying, not for what they cost vs how long I'd want to keep it, so will likely just end up with my fall-back choice of a Genesis 5.0 R-Spec. Fast, good looking, luxurious, lightly moddable, and I can find a low mile '13 for lower 20s if I'm patient...
