Craigslist help

Apparently my brother made a Craigslist ad for my parents to help them sell their truck.

When searching on CL, the ad isn't coming up, unless you use the price, year, make/model search terms. Just doing a search for "2001 F-150" or the like, it will not appear at all. Do I need to delete the ad and recreate it? Usually if it is filtered, it wouldn't appear at all even using the search terms on the right, correct?

I think I know what the problem was. I went in and edited the ad to include those keywords at the bottom. I read that if the ad is placed with a mobile device, CL will filter it as spam and it won't show up in search results. It was initially listed from a phone. When I edited it, I did so from an IP address that was regionally close to the location in the ad, and perhaps that was enough to list it in search results. I did that right before I posted here. It shows up in search results for me now too.

P.S. How does TCS feel about that asking price?

i saw this one is 4200 and it's only a 2wd. so yours seems pretty decent. i've found sometimes it takes a while until your ad will come up in a search even when it's there.
