I talked to Bart at hitech. Didn't leave feeling all warm and fuzzy. Tried D&B. I need to call Diablo tomorrow. I plugged my intune in to see what I could find out, and it notified me that it already has a preexisting tune by Diablo in it. But I know nothing about it. It want's to install a calibration update, and I don't know if that will change anything on the tune.

So, after some digging, it appears I am about as tuned as I'm going to get. I got ahold of the original builder of the engine. When the engine was built he used Arrington pistons, camshaft, and heads, and the magnuson blower, then sent it out to New York to have it tuned, before hitting New Jersey for its new owner. Dyno sheet to come, but Dan thought it put down 508 Rwhp, through a t-case and 35" tires. Seems part of the feeling I was getting is from the Magnuson one way valve they use, the supercharger hits a little more aggressively. I have learned to drive to prevent this, and that in itself is much better. I couldn't be much happier with my new "Daily driver" jeep.

I would like to, but its not that easy. Its a motor swap, in a Can bus vehicle, while keeping all the original Jeep functions operating. BOR has it on lock down pretty good. What I've learned is, if I don't lug it, it respond well. If I lug it, the magnuson hits like a brick wall. If I run it through the R's, its smooth as can be. I think a regear to 4.88's is in my future.

There is a guy on here with a charger and some work done to it, pretty sure he got it tuned, I'd have to think there is a solution. But 4.88s sound good too and it might make all the difference.
With a big motor and blower though, I'd think use the grunt would be the best part though..

little known fact, the comp coupe viper in race trim is slower then the jeep in factory street form at the time attack and auto x events. If you haven't been to a SRT Experience, I suggest going sometime.
