If someone wins a car at a casino (for example), they pay taxes on it, right? I know it's dumb but I'm not too surprised by taxing them.Originally posted by badcobra View PostThey should pay taxes on their prize money for sure, but not on the value of the medals. They should only be taxed on those if they sell them. Dumb!

If it is above the $770 exemption for personal use and is a taxable item then I would imagine that they do remit a use tax to the State of Minnesota.Originally posted by Fernanernie View PostBut do they pay taxes on internet purchases?LOOK HERE:Originally posted by Pony5.0but hey we have broken up 2 times in the past week and she keeps crawling back to me and she told me she would never crawl back to a guy and i am the only one. she tells me she loves me and everything!
