    Shipping large items

    Sooo, I have been searching for some info on shipping large items. Specifically, I have to ship my rear LCA's off of my cavalier to a shop in KS. Well, they weigh 110 pounds together and are a huge cluster f to handle. Wondering if anyone here has any suggestions on how to ship these guys. Greyhound is out of the question, I have used them before for large stuff, and I have also used UPS to send my honda blocks out to the eastcoast. I am figuring it will be easiest to strap the LCAs to a pallet and ship them that way. Any info would be appreciated, I just found out today at 4pm that I have to send them out tomorrow to get them there on time.

    Fedex will take up to 150 lbs. I have always used them and normally they are cheaper than UPS.
    04 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins. Edge Juice w/ attitude, 5" turbo back exhaust, S+B intake
    72 Chevy C-10. LT1, bagged, shaved, 20's, etc.
    And lots more projects.

      Yeah I just checked UPS and they are going to be about 90 bux.

        FedEx. Get some heavy duty boxes and wrap them. Use some Duct tape around the thing and make it a big ass cigar for shipping. Just cut the box into a flat surface and roll them up and tape. doesn't look pretty but heavy duty boxes are great combined with duct tape or shipping tape.
