2007 yukon denali tune

im thinking of replacing the mountaineer with a Denali. it has the 6.2. my only real concern is the fuel economy. its 12 city 18 highway and 14 combined. which is pretty close to what my mountaineer gets. i would most likely get it tuned by Carl. id like to see at least 16 to 18 combined with 20 plus on a long trip. is this even remotely possible? it will be getting a cai as well. the stock exhaust is huge and sounds good so i would leave that.

Why do you want a bench? Mine has two seats that act like a bench when they're up.

I want a second row split bench. Everything I have found is captains for the 2nd row. I want to be able to have 3 in the back and haul all our shit. Might have to get and xl

I'm talking 2 to 4 mpg increase. Dosent seem out of line. Buddy's cam and tuned 4.8 is getting 25.

I agree, and remove all the interior hack the back off and swap in a 2wd drivetrain and slam the bitch to the ground. 25 should be easy at that point. oh and put in some 2:55 gears.
