gay ass comcast internet

man, my internet has been down two days now. Im on at school right now and this is pissing me off. attbi was working fine before comcast came in

I had the same damn thing happen to me. It worked perfect until Crapcast bought them, then it went to shit and got slower!
All throughout the day it wouldn't work and then suddenly without doing anything, at 11PM or a little after it would begin to work.
I ended up exchanging my cable modem for one of their new ones. What kind do you have? Mine was the 3Com one that looked like a shark fin. Now I have a little RCA unit. You can take yours back to any Comcast facility and tell them you talked to a tech and you had "block synch".
Once you exchange it, you will have to call tech support back and tell them you need to register a new modem.

my att net would drop once in a while, but the day it became comcast, it wouldnt stay connected for over 5 mins..
i should take my POS 3com sharkfin in and get a different one..

so 'Block Synch' is the phrase to throw at them to get a new modem? D:

I got ComCast, and a RCA modem, And all that happend to me, in the past week, is it started to go faster

we have had our high speed from att for like 3 years and the old shark fin has only let me down once and it came back up within a few hours

My shark fin never let me down until Crapcast took over. Now speed sucks and up time sucks. Plus they audited my cable and found out ATT was giving me too many channels so they turned off all the extra. Now I don't get any real cable.
