1) So how much is gas where you frequent/in your area? Up here in Champlin we're at $2.09 for 87 octane everywhere I know of.

2) If you care about gas mileage and saving a few bucks, what're you doing to improve fuel economy? Me I'm just not tromping down the accelerator every time

Almost everyone has their 'Stang put away that's going to; you guys are driving your "efficent" winter beaters and gas mileage probably doesn't matter as much

1) Gas is around $1.95-$1.99 for regular in my neck of the woods.

2) My truck gets shatty gas milage no matter what I do.

95% of my miles are on the highway so my gas milage averages around 23 lately. My car isnt even running right and it gets good milage. I think I got 26 or so in the Beretta

2.12 here in WI, and it just went up. Often times we are a good .15 higher than MN gas.

Aren't you guys closer to the "pipeline"? Then again we do have Ashland and Kock Refineries here; maybe that has a little bit to do with it.

who has the first highest tax? Cali? Well on the bright side (at least in MN) the gas tax helps pay for roads...and road construction

Well that sux! What the heck are they doing with the gas tax money? If they're not putting the tax money towards roads/highways or transit (in Milwaukee I'd suppose...)what they heck do they do with it?

Dammit, you Anoka County people always get off paying a little less than those of us here in N. Hennepin County, just across the river!

That probably has a lot ot do with it.

I know in Anoka (city) they get off paying a little less because almost all but the Holiday (and S.A. if there is one?) are independent stations; they can set prices where ever they want; they always go a little cheaper for competition purposes, I guess.
