Never heard of it. Are you sure you aren't on the Atkins diet?

I did for awhile a few years ago and lost 70 pounds, but then I got lazy and stopped going to the gym. I've been on it again for the last couple months and i'm down 25 pounds again. The first week or two can be hard.

Balanced diet and exercise and I am down 45 pounds in 5 months and have felt great since day one. You mad bro?

My bro in law tried the Atkins, lost 70 some pounds and looked great but as soon as he stopped the diet, he put it all back on again. He was down a ton on energy too while he was on it (who woulda thought no carbs=no energy...)

                I

looked like me, just fatter. I didn't gain back nearly as much so I don't have that much to lose this time. This time it's going to be gym overload once I hit my target weight.

I tried it and it worked out pretty good. Then, I had breakfast and quit the diet.

No. But, i've been on a similar but much better called the Paleo diet since last December and have never felt more powerful or fit. If you're into exercising and want to see gains, perhaps you should look into it.

Search the world's information, including webpages, images, videos and more. Google has many special features to help you find exactly what you're looking for.

Following a "balanced diet" is pretty useless unless you understand the glycemic index. Most people have no concept of it.
