Anyone want to least about China

Hey y'all, lookin to friend out here, so hear me out.

I have a Chinese friend who is working on his MBA at a University in LA. He desperately wants to improve his English, but 50% of the students in his class are also Chinese, the other half are Mexican or part time students without time to stay and chat. He really needs someone to talk to so he can practice speaking/listening/reading/writing English more.

His name is Alvin, he's a smart guy, about 25 years old, from ShanDong China. He really wants to learn all about American culture and he knows a LOT about Chinese culture, government, business, etc. Basically he's looking for people to email back and forth with and maybe chat with on the phone occasionally just for practice. If any of you want to learn more about china or plan to do any business in China this is a great opportunity to make connections and learn more about the culture and business climate. If you want to learn the language he'd also be happy to help you about that.

Anyways, if anyone sits at a computer all day and has time to chat in a chat client or email or spend a few minutes on the phone chatting with my friend we'd both be really grateful. Let me know in this thread or via PM. Thanks.

Edit: I totally misspelled the title on purpose to get more page views. Honest.

I would recommend sfc for the job, but sfc already knows more about Chinese culture and even being Chinese, than this Alvin cat, so I guess that's not such a great option. Sheeesh, i'm out of ideas.

I can only offer him advice based on how I learned English.
