I bought a piece of shit multifunction machine I saw on slickdeals a couple of weeks ago, and now the scanner/copier doesn't work after using it approximately two times. I went to hp's website to do the useless chat support so I could get an RMA number (which I guess they call you with now). Of course, you have to go through a basic "take out toner and shake, turn off/on printer" troubleshoot before they write up a ticket. My favorite part of the chat, however, was this:
