Regardless of who did it, Sean is not happy with the work. Sean has repeatedly attempted to give the original company the benefit of the doubt and allowed them plenty of time to fix their mistakes. They have repeatedly ignored or chose not to return the calls.
At this point, they are lucky he hasn't gone to BBB and or a lawyer.

BBB is a joke.

I'm not a contractor and it isn't my house so I have no opinion one way or the other.

There are a few spots that need to be fixed. I agree 100% with you Sean. I don't much care what some other veteran thinks of our work. I know we do good work. Everyone makes a mistake every now and again. We failed you on this one. Your also the only customer that has ever complained. We have never had one call back ever.

I live across the country and my old business partner had his life fall apart. I have not talked to him in 6 months. I can not reach him. If I was home I would come over today and fix the problems. None of it is a good enough excuse for you to be unhappy. I have no idea how to fix the minor issues from where I am at. I cannot leave either.

Did you ever call the guy to get all the aluminum wrapping done and the chimney repaired? I gave you his number over a year ago. His name is Jon 612-578-0000.

You have been a good friend and we have both helped each other out a lot. Flame me if you will. My friends don't question me and people know I mean well and have a good heart. Pretty hard to shake my self image or make me worry what others think.
