The Solis days have passed.. Now on to Rancilio! Are any of you guys in to espresso?

Oh well probably not.. but I'm showing you my latest machine anyway.. The "prosumer" Rancilio Silvia:



This is pretty much as good as it gets as far as home machines go.. Consider it the Mustang of the espresso world!!

Needless to say, I'm looking forward to putting it to use.

heh.. It's a hobby, Greg. Sorry but I think I surpassed the "trendy" aspect of espresso after I spent years [and more money than I'm willing to admit] playing with it. Most people don't even know home-roasting exists.

"trendy" is Pandora's Cup on Hennepin in Uptown.

Every hobby has its masses of fools, automobiles are no exception. Don't you consider yourself different from a Honda Prelude driver that considers tinted windows a "mod"?
